Modenas offering free labour charges, special discounts on servicing until March 28

Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd (Modenas), a subsidiary of DRB-Hicom, has announced the launch of the ‘Mai Servis Motor Sambut Raya’ campaign, which runs from March 14 to 28, 2025.

The initiative, available at all Modenas service centres nationwide, is aimed at ensuring customers’ motorcycles are in optimal condition in time for the upcoming festive season.

Among the exclusive benefits offered through this campaign are:

  • Free labour charges for standard motorcycle servicing
  • Special discounts on motorcycle servicing and maintenance
  • Exclusive additional discounts for Modenas E-Membership members
  • Complimentary expert consultation from certified Modenas mechanics on motorcycle care and maintenance

Customers can visit any Modenas service centre during the campaign period from Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 4:30 pm) and Saturday (8:30 am – 1:00 pm) to take advantage of these offers.

Modenas Chief Executive Officer, Roslan Roskan, emphasised the company’s commitment to road safety and community well-being, stating:

“Through this campaign, we aim to give back to the community by ensuring their motorcycles are well-maintained, reducing the risk of breakdowns or accidents. Three lucky Peugeot 408 owners fly to Paris this March

Peugeot Malaysia has announced the three lucky winners of the Buy and Win campaign held from July 9 to October 31 last year.

In this campaign, customers who booked and registered their purchase of a Peugeot 408 had the chance to win a Business Class holiday package to Paris for three days and two nights, as well as to participate in the prestigious Paris Fashion Week 2025.

The three winners are Nurfhatiah Zulkarnaini from Seremban who purchased a Peugeot 408 GT, Mohamad Faris bin Harun from Ipoh, who bought a Peugeot 408 Premium, and Muhammad Izzul Aiman bin Zahir from Penang who purchased a Peugeot 408 Allure.

All three winners will fly to Paris with their partners from March 8 to 10.

The winners expressed their excitement and described their victory as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Touch ‘n Go launches e-Mas, cash rebates campaign for every RFID purchase

Touch ‘n Go (TnG) has launched two new campaigns aimed at enhancing the experience of Malaysians using digital wallets.

The e-Mas RFID campaign, which is valid from October 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025, offers TnG eWallet users the opportunity to receive e-Mas, a digital gold that will be credited directly to their accounts.

To qualify, users only need to purchase an RFID tag during the mentioned period, where 100 lucky winners will be selected each month to receive a cash rebate of e-Gold worth RM100.

Meanwhile, the RFID Cashback Rebate campaign offers a RM5 rebate for every purchase of an RFID tag at authorized installation or service centers nationwide, from November 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025.

This rebate will reduce the price of the RFID tag from RM35 to RM30 and is limited to the first 27,500 eligible customers who make payments using the TnG eWallet.

Through this latest campaign, TnG aims to encourage Malaysians to adopt a modern approach to diversifying their savings while integrating daily expenditure more seamlessly, and at the same time, enhancing the user experience through digital innovation.

Proton and Grab launch the “Saga Power Up for Grab Drivers” campaign, starting this November 4

Proton recently signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with Grab Malaysia, offering exclusive benefits to e-hailing drivers when they purchase a Proton Saga.

This collaboration aims to enhance the driving experience and support the growing needs in the e-hailing industry.

The initiative is also expected to provide benefits to drivers, users, and further strengthen the positions of both companies in the market.

The MoA was signed by Roslan Abdullah, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Proton, and Rashid Shukor, Director of Operations and National Mobility for Grab Malaysia.

Starting from November 4, the “Saga Power Up for Grab Drivers” campaign will grant priority access to Grab driver partners to own a Proton Saga.

The campaign includes incentives and offers such as cash rebates and a 5% service discount valid for the first two years or up to 40,000 km.

Eligible drivers can purchase as many Proton Sagas as they qualify for under Grab Malaysia’s terms.

In addition to the Proton package, Grab also offers up to RM500 for new driver partners who purchase a Proton Saga and activate their Grab Driver account.

Bermaz offers diesel at RM1.05/liter for 5 years for new Kia Carnival buyers

Dinamikjaya Motors Sdn Bhd, the sole distributor of the Kia brand vehicles in Malaysia, has launched a special campaign for the Kia Carnival model.

The “Fuel-on-Us” campaign, which runs from October 1 to December 31, 2024, allows new Kia Carnival owners to enjoy subsidized diesel prices at RM1.05/liter for a period of five years without worrying about changes in fuel prices every week.

To participate in this campaign, customers must register their purchase of the Kia Carnival through any authorized Kia dealer during the campaign period.

Each purchase is eligible for only one application.

The Kia Carnival comes with a 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine producing 202 PS and 440 Nm of torque.

With a fuel tank capacity of 72 liters, the Kia Carnival offers a fuel consumption rate of 6.5 liters/100 km, providing a range of up to 850 km on a full tank of fuel.

In Malaysia, the Kia Carnival is offered in three main variants, with prices starting from RM198,500.

Boon Siew launches limited-time campaign, buy RS-X and get RM300 TnG e-wallet credit!

Boon Siew Honda has announced a limited-time campaign for enthusiasts of the popular Honda RS-X motorcycle.

Starting from the 7th to the 31st of October, customers who purchase a Honda RS-X will receive RM300 worth of Touch ‘n Go e-wallet credit.

The TnG e-wallet credit can be used to purchase fuel, allowing RS-X owners to enjoy journeys of over 7,000 km.

To qualify for the mentioned benefits, customers only need to register their motorcycles during the campaign period and then proceed to the Honda X  to receive the RM300 e-wallet credit directly.

The Honda RS-X is still powered by a 149cc single-cylinder engine capable of producing 15.8 hp and 13.6 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox.

In addition to being recognized as an Energy Efficient Vehicle (EEV), the Honda RS-X has also achieved a five-star rating in MyMAP for its standard single-channel ABS feature.

The recommended retail price starts from RM9,798.

Volkswagen Malaysia’s CNY promo offers up to RM18,888 in savings

VOLKSWAGEN Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) recently announced the launch of its Chinese New Year campaign, with a suite of deals across its entire line-up of models.
